Our superb platter has an outside diameter of 300mm and a increase in mass and rigidity over the standard E1 platter giving better speed stability with less wow and flutter.
Designed for direct platter to vinyl contact, no platter mat is required.
No adjustment of VTA needed with fitting, set up of the platter literally being a case of removing the old platter and placing the new one on.

Different platter materials (and designs) be it resin, glass, MDF, various alloys or holographic snake oil infused carbonite, all 'colour' the sound of vinyl playback with their own unique sonic signatures. Acrylic being relatively dense while similar in mechanical impedance and properties to vinyl is generally regarded to give playback a less 'splashy', natural see through sound with improved mid-range and tighter bass.
